MCS and Warranty

All our installation engineers and solar products are accredited under the Government’s microgeneration scheme (MCS) ensuring that our products and services are certified to a consistent and high quality standard.

Solar PV panels are built to last for at least 25 years and most manufacturers offer a 25 year output warranty on a sliding scale. e.g 10 year guarantee on performance output to 95% and 25 year guarantee on a performance output of 85%.

Inverter manufacturers generally offer a 10 year warranty which can be extended to 20 years for a small fee if requested. Alongside the manufacturers guarantee, FloEnergy offers a 10 year workmanship guarantee for extra peace of mind.

"Our Board of Directors had been considering procuring solar panels for some time. Out of the blue in July, FloEnergy contacted me by email, asking if we were interested in a proposition since they were moving their sale pitch to include the Midlands. This was timely.

We quickly received a detailed proposal, which was subject to a site inspection. The proposal was accepted quickly, the site inspection followed, and only minor changes were made. This was a large project.

After instructions were given to proceed, a site installation quickly followed. This was undertaken efficiently and with minimal interference to our everyday activity. The project took a little longer than planned, but the weather during the installation was appalling.

We are now pleased to find that we are able to generate about 70% of our electrical needs, and we look forward to seeing a considerable reduction in our bills.

The whole operation was carried out with efficiency and courtesy. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
